Recognized for his exceptional contributions to the field of education, Mr. Saxena’s journey from a chemical engineer to a celebrated principal is a testament to his passion and dedication.
Born in 1972 in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Saxena pursued a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, followed by a Bachelor’s in Education. He furthered his education with a Master’s in Computers Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education Management and Administration. Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, he completed a certificate course in school leadership and management from Harvard University, USA.
Mr. Saxena began his career in 1995, working with renowned industries such as Indo Zinc Ltd., Birla Group, and Nalco Chemicals. However, his true calling was in education, leading him to start teaching in 2002. Rapidly rising through the ranks, he became a teacher, academic coordinator, Vice Principal, and ultimately, a Principal. He has since established four successful schools as a founder principal, each known for providing quality education under his visionary leadership.
His schools have achieved remarkable milestones, including three world records, two of which were set during the COVID-19 pandemic and one in June 2024. Mr. Saxena has been awarded Best Principal by the Science Olympiad Foundation for two consecutive years, highlighting his outstanding contributions to education.
